Storage Pty is committed to providing clear and transparent payment information for customers purchasing shipping containers and related products through our website.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for an order will be clearly displayed during checkout, on the invoice or quotation provided to you, or communicated directly by Storage Pty before payment is requested.

Customers should only make payments using payment instructions provided directly by Storage Pty through our website, official email address, quotation, or invoice.

Payment availability may depend on the type and value of the order.

Prices

All product prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price, delivery charge and any other charges associated with your purchase will be disclosed before you are asked to complete payment.

Where applicable, VAT will be clearly identified during checkout or on your quotation or invoice.

Container Quotations

Some shipping containers, modified containers and related products may require a quotation before the order can be finalised.

Where a quotation is provided, it will identify the products being supplied, their price, applicable delivery charges and the total amount payable.

Customers should review their quotation carefully and contact us before making payment if any information is incorrect or unclear.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate of £600 per order.

This delivery charge will be clearly disclosed before payment is completed. Additional charges will only apply where non-standard delivery services are required, such as specialist lifting, restricted-access delivery, or other exceptional delivery arrangements. Any such additional charges will be disclosed and agreed with the customer before payment.

We will not add undisclosed delivery charges after an order has been confirmed.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid only after Storage Pty has successfully received and confirmed the required payment.

After payment has been confirmed, we will process the order in accordance with the delivery or fulfilment arrangements communicated to the customer.

If a payment is pending, declined or unsuccessful, the order may remain unconfirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Payment Security

Customers should verify that payment instructions have been provided through an official Storage Pty communication channel before transferring funds.
